It made the practitioner's body more resilient and empower their punch and kick. When practiced to a certain level, condensing Ki can manifest in form of a destructive blast.
Seven Skies Scripture
The Seven Skies Scripture was written by a Doman Monk by the name of Zhang San Feng. There are seven-movements/stances in this style.
1.Crimson Burning Ember
Circulating a martial artist Qi (Ki), focusing on their heart. Enabling them to control extremely hot energy that can implode the very air around them.
2.One Thousands Ponze Cyclone
Emphasizing on soft against hard, transforming the practitioner's Qi (Ki) to Wind Aspected. Able to deflect an attack by transferring the energy to the air.
3.Sky Peak Thunder Clap
A lightning Ki (qi) elemental style. Combining Wind and Fire to attract lightning aspect, very effective to paralyze enemy and destroy their inner organ.
4.Universe Reverse Stream
This style enables the practitioner to adopt a soft-wind based attack or hard-earth based attack. When utilized by a skillful practitioner it can confuse the enemy due to its unpredictable nature.
5.Seven Stars Illuminating the World
An advanced level of practice is required to be able to study and practice this style. Drawing upon Qi (Ki) in Heaven and Earth, the attack pattern follows the Seven-Stars constellation form.
The concept of this style is to "Lift ten thousand ponze utilizing one hundred ponze-force", therefore it is useful against an enemy with greater attack power.
6.Sky Path Circulation
At this level, the practitioner able to follow the will of Heaven and Earth. Reading the enemy's movement and countering them effectively. The more practitioner's comprehension of this level increases, the more resilient their defense is.
7.Trembling Earth, Crumbling Sky
The ultimate move of Seven Sky scripture lost in time. Legend has it, those who master this move would have grasped the secret of Heaven, increasing their attack and defense power to an almost supernatural level.

Born on a sweltering day thirty two summers ago, Yoshiaki was the son of Hayato Ikeda, the Lord of Awajima and staunch ally to the Tachibana of Tosho.
His mother died during childbirth and his father raised him alone.
The Ikeda, hold a domain deep inside the mountainous region of Yanxia and even though they govern their land independently, they are loyal to the King of Doma.
With the growing threat of Garlean, the Ikeda would advise the Lord and Lady of the Tachibana, to escape.
In place, the Ikeda previous lord, Hayato, would take upon himself to provide two bodies as a replacement.
With delicate workmanship, he concocts a story where the lord and lady had committed Seppuku rather than capitulate.
When the Garlean arrived, Awajima and Tosho were bombarded by Garlean airship and gunboats. The main keep of Rokkaku castle did fall, the Tachibana lord was declared dead and replaced by his timid nephew from a branch family.
Yoshiaki's father would commit Seppuku to appease the Garlean's demand, in return to leaving the province mostly intact, leaving young Yoshiaki as the head of the Ikeda family.
Before he passed away, he told Yoshiaki the secret and bid him restore the Tachibana's rightful ruler one day.
Growing under Garlean oppression, would make him a practical person, unlike his father, he views the world not as white and black only....there are /ways/ to reach a goal, and sometimes it can be scrupulous or not in a straightforward manner.
One thing that he did inherit from his father, is the strong desire to free his homeland and his love for simplicity.
Heavy taxation and a timid lord would take their toll on the Ikeda. To provide for his family which consists of aunts, uncles, cousins, and his old grandmother, he would do any kind of work, including raising a mercenary company as a source of income.
Forgery, smuggling, raiding, and stealing. He did everything to support the Ikeda...while at the same time, work as an informant for the Doman resistance.
Years of working double-life had made him a hard man, one day....a month before the rebellion of Hien Rijin and the final battle of Doma Castle....his uncle was murdered by the local Garlean Centurion.
Yoshiaki, in a fit of rage, would strike the Centurion and behead him. His action would elicit a punitive action towards the Ikeda, a blow that they would not survive...except at their direst moment, the rebellion had started in earnest.
Awajima people would leave their home along with the Tachibana of Tosho and goes to hide on one of the many islands near Yanxian bay, while the warriors would join the resistance.
In the aftermath of the rebellion, the people would return, to see a house that is there no more. As the rebuilding proceeds in earnest, the head of the Ikeda family decides to seek fortune elsewhere, and in short few years, manage to build up a network of mercenaries company, alongside strengthening the martial power of the Central Eastern province.
